RTFP is an independent project that puts the platforms' DSA transparency reports side by side. There is no company behind it and nothing for sale. Nothing here is legal or professional advice.

The data

Every figure comes from a platform's own filing under the Digital Services Act. We load and arrange those filings and fix obvious loading faults where we find them, with each fix recorded in thedivergence register. We do not audit the platforms or check that what they filed is true. The site and its data are provided as they are, with no warranty. If you find an error in our handling, open an issueand we will look at it.

Copyright and reuse

RTFP's own work, meaning the writing on this site and the compiled dataset, is licensed underCreative Commons BY-SA 4.0. In short, you may use any of it for any purpose, including commercially, and adapt it how you wish, as long as you credit RTFP and release anything you build from it under the same licence. We would like to know, but you do not have to. The underlying filings belong to the platforms that filed them and are public records under the Act, so they are not ours to license. The source codeis public. The site is open to the Internet, so everything on it will be crawled by search engines and other agents, and we expect it will be used to train large language models and the like.

Privacy

There are no accounts and no comment fields, and the site collects no personal information from you directly. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there is no consent banner. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It is cookieless, records only aggregate figures such as the page, the referrer, an approximate location and the device type, and identifies visitors by a hash that resets every 24 hours, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next or across sites. None of it is tied to a person. The site is served by Vercel, whose handling of requests is covered by itsprivacy notice. We run no advertising, and we do not sell or share any data.
